We try to make sure we only show items on the site if we currently have them in stock or are expecting fresh stocks shortly. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible after you place your order.

Complaints:

We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that your not completely satisfied with your order and
would prefer to return for a refund you must notify us within 7 days
following the day of receipt of your order following the procedure outlined
below. Unfortunately we cannot make refunds on used, opened or damaged
items.

Refunds or suitable replacements will be offered on all goods found to be of
unsuitable quality.

We will accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in
their original condition. You must notify us of your intent within 7 days
after the day you receive your order. A full refund will be made within 30
days of cancellation. We require our customers to cover the cost of
returning unwanted orders. A deduction will be made from the refund for the
collection of unwanted goods not returned by the customer.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it
is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in
sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

To return an item: Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return,
wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the
case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault
and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all
warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to
